Halloween spent well…
One word - WOW!
What an absolutely fabulous way to spend Halloween 2026!
I was approached by a rather distinguished gentleman who proposed a wonderful evening out with myself and another companion. His invitation? A gorgeous steak dinner followed by an evening at the theatre. The three of us together. Naturally, I was more than delighted to oblige!
Six unforgettable hours of pure enjoyment.
I got all dressed up, slipped into my evening attire and hopped into the black car Mr R had so graciously arranged for me. On arrival, I was greeted by Becky and Mr R, and our evening began.
We indulged in a delicious selection of mouth-watering dishes, popped open a few bottles of wine and settled into some truly fascinating conversation. From comedy to politics, no subject was off limits. It was refreshing to share such stimulating conversation with equally wonderful company. The laughter, the atmosphere and the effortless flow of conversation made dinner an absolute pleasure.
Once dinner had concluded, we headed over to the theatre.
I must say, this wasn’t exactly the conventional way to celebrate Halloween. No fancy dress, no trick-or-treating and certainly no extravagant house party. Instead, we opted for something a little more cultured. A little more sophisticated. An evening dedicated to the appreciation of the ARTS!
And what a magnificent choice it was!
The three of us were completely mesmerised by the spectacular production of Moulin Rouge. The theatre was absolutely packed, the atmosphere was electric and the audience erupted into applause and cheers after each act. The performances were simply breathtaking. The costumes, the choreography, the music and the sheer theatrical brilliance were enough to leave anyone speechless. Truly a masterpiece!
But, of course, the evening didn’t end there.
Once the curtains had closed and the applause had settled, we made our way to the hotel, where the evening took a rather more intimate turn. A little fun, a little passion and a very memorable ménage à trois.
Now, ladies, I don’t kiss and tell!
Let’s just say I’m still having the most deliciously vivid dreams about just how sensual the entire experience was. Some evenings are simply too good to forget.
A huge thank you to Mr R for such a wonderful evening. From the exquisite dinner to the spectacular theatre performance and everything that followed, Halloween 2026 will certainly be one for the memory books.
Who says Halloween has to be about tricks and treats when you can have steak, champagne, theatre and a little mischief instead?
